Refund & Cancellation Policy
Guidelines for cancellations and refunds.
The Bastar Heritage Marathon 2026, organized by the District Administration of Jagdalpur, follows the refund and cancellation guidelines below:
1. Registration Fee Refund
- The runner registration fee of ₹299/- is refundable only if the cancellation request is made at least 3 days prior to the event date (22 March 2026).
- No refund will be processed for cancellation requests made within 3 days of the event.
2. Non-Refundable Charges
The following components are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- T-shirt Charges – ₹200/-
- Stay/Accommodation Charges – ₹400/-
3. Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted only through email at:
support@bastarheritage.run
OR
Through a written letter addressed to the Collector, Jagdalpur.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed only after verification and approval through the complete official process.
- The decision of the organizing authority shall be final.
By registering for the Bastar Heritage Marathon 2026, participants agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
