• Valid government-issued ID proof may be required during bib collection.

2. Registration

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Registration fees are non-transferable.
• Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Health & Safety

• Participants declare they are medically fit to participate.
• The organizers are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or accident during the event.
• Participants must follow all safety instructions issued by event officials and volunteers.

4. Cancellation & Refund

• Refunds will be processed strictly as per the official Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the website.
• The organizing authority reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, government orders, or public safety concerns.

5. Event Rules

• Bib numbers must be worn visibly during the race.
• Any form of misconduct, cheating, or unsportsmanlike behavior may lead to disqualification.
• The decision of the race officials will be final and binding.

6. Media Consent

By participating, runners grant permission to the organizers to use photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the event for promotional and official purposes without additional consent or compensation.

7. Liability

• Participants agree to participate at their own risk.
• The organizers shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in the event.
